1999 Dream Coach gooseneck 3 horse slant load trailer. The
trailer is all aluminum with rubber floor mats. Drop down windows with sliding glass. It
has a large dressing/tack room and storage area. Saddle rack for four saddles in tack room
along with hooks to hold tack and clothes rod. It also has a nice storage area in back for
hay, rakes, buckets, etc. Trailer is also wired for ac current. Asking $9500. If you know
of someone who has a nice two horse bumper pull, we are looking.

500 acre historical Quail Roost Farm. Features 2 all weather rings(one lighted) w/jumps,
dressage ring, cross country course. 30 min from RDU airport, Duke, and Carolina. We have
professional staff to cater to the most discriminating customer. 12 x 12 stalls,automatic
fly system, washer/dryer, heat/AC in tack room and lounge. Our resident Hunter/Jumper

Stall Boarding Available at a small privately owned facility
approximately five miles from Quail Roost. All stalls and aisle have rubber mats; stalls
are cleaned daily and deeply bedded; plenty of pasture with a large run in shelter;
separate wash stall; locked tack room. Board rate is $350 per month and includes hay, your
choice of Nutrena 10% pellets, Senior pellets, or quality sweet feed. De-wormer every two
months is also included. Beet pulp is provided as needed/requested. Use of round pen is
also available.
Owners are experienced, knowledgeable, caring, and live on site. Equine vet is next door
neighbor; however you are certainly free to use the veterinarian and farrier of your
